Last updated: July 3, 2026

Our Commitment

We are committed to ensuring that all our learners have a positive experience with our training courses and programs. However, we understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, requiring the need to process refunds. This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions under which refunds will be considered.

General Refund Terms

Unless explicitly stated otherwise for a particular course, you have a 14-day cancellation period after the date of Acceptance Confirmation, provided that the course hasn't already started or materials have not been fully accessed.

Specific Course Types

NVQs (National Vocational Qualifications)

Refunds for NVQ courses are typically considered within the 14-day window. Once a learner has registered and accessed the learning materials or engaged with an assessor, partial or no refunds may apply depending on the progress.

CITB Tests & Courses

For CITB related tests and courses, specific rescheduling and cancellation fees may apply based on the proximity to the exam or course date. Generally, cancellations made close to the date (e.g., within 48-72 hours) might forfeit the fee.

Course Rescheduling by Provider

In the rare event that we have to cancel or reschedule a course, you will be offered the option to transfer to another date or receive a full refund.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please contact us immediately in writing. Provide your order number, name, and reason for the refund request.

Please send your refund requests to:info@constructionskilltrainings.com

Refund Processing

Once your refund request is approved, it will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, generally within 14 working days.

Refunds for Payment Errors

If you have been double-charged or if there was a technical error during the transaction, please notify us immediately, and we will rectify the error and refund the incorrect charge promptly.
